Featured Wine: Sparkling Moscato

This is the first release of the Sparkling Moscato and follows on from the success of the Moscato range of wines. The wine has a bright vibrant colour with a youthful green hue.

The Sparkling Moscato has lifted citrus aromas along with freshly crushed grapes and a sherbet perfume. The palate also shows these characters along with a fruitiness that is balanced by acidity and the refreshing full sparkling sensation. Serve well chilled and enjoy while young and vibrant.

Featured Wine: Sparkling Moscato Rosa

The wine has a bright pink strawberry hue, giving it a light and delicate appearance. Due to a small addition of Cienna the wine has lifted red berry aromas along with freshly crushed grapes and a spicy perfume. The palate also shows these characters along with a fruitiness that is balanced by acidity and the refreshing full sparkling sensation. Serve well chilled and enjoy while young and vibrant.

Featured Wine: 2009 Cellar Door Graciano

Our award-winning Graciano has developed a cult-like following with wine lovers at Cellar Door due to its rarity and the wonderful savoury characters that the wine exudes. This latest release boasts an intense garnet red colour and delicious aromas of blackcurrent, dried herbs, tobacco and spice.

Featured Wine: 2005 Patricia Pinot Noir & Chardonnay Brut

The 2005 Patricia Pinot Noir & Chardonnay Brut has won a grand total of four trophies and 10 gold medals. This fine wine shows a light straw colour with a fine persistent bead. The nose is lifted with a rich yeast autolysis character and hints of citrus and apple.  The palate is full bodied, complex and rich with prominent lemon and lime flavours and a bready character that lingers. The palate is creamy and elegant with a crisp, dry finish and refreshing acidity.
